    Der Vorstand trifft sich einmal pro Jahr und fasst Beschlüsse wie die Stückauswahl für das nächste Jahr und andere wichtige Entscheidungen. Er besteht aus dem Geschäftsführenden Vorstand (1. Vorsitzende, 2. Vorsitzende, Finanzverantwortliche) sowie den Teamleitern der Ressorts Bühnenbau, Technik, Abendstück, Kinderstück sowie der Schriftführerin und den Ehrenmitgliedern.
